Works great. It would be nice if a coffee cup holder and small storage bag maybe attached to handle bars were available. An upgrade to a pneumatic would also interest me.

Purchased one of these during a promotion and, I haven’t regretted it. Super fun and easy to get around town on. It folds up so you can carry it when you reach your destination and, isn’t super heavy. All in all a good buy.

So far customer service has been great. However, our swagger 5 that we’ve had for three months isn’t working and has been sent in for repair. Already. Which doesn’t make me happy at all. We’ll see how this repair is handled.

I honestly don’t know what’s up with all the bad reviews of this company. I haven’t had to file a claim or anything so I haven’t had to experience that process but the scooter is so awesome. Gets me to and from work everyday and it was cheap. Y’all need to chill out.
